HR Online For Atlas Box Employees

Welcome to HR Online!

This new feature allows all Atlas Box employees to access an information portal designed to streamline transactions related to Human Resources and Payroll from the comfort of their own home. For those who do not have home access, a Kiosk has been provided in the employee cafeteria located at 38 Providence Road in Sutton MA.

To access this information, all you need to do is the following:

1. Log into https://eservices.paychex.com/secure
2. In the first box enter 0412
3. Tab to the second box and enter V217
4. Your username is your first initial and last name (all lower case). If you have a popular name your username may have been manually changed. If you can’t log in with first initial and last name contact Human Resources.
5. Your password will be the first letter of your first name and the first letter of your last name (both CAPS) and the last 4 digits of your social security number – This is case sensitive so you must use all CAPS on the letters.

You will immediately be prompted to change your password for security purposes. You must first enter your original password and then enter your new password two times.

This system is user friendly, should you have any problems that are not answered via the Help feature, please contact Human Resources.
